Every program includes a fully personalised training plan delivered through your app, weekly coaching check-ins, video form analysis, direct messaging support, and weekly program updates based on your progress. Everything is included from the start.
Not necessarily. Your program is designed around the equipment you have available. Some clients train entirely at home, others in a commercial gym. We ask about your setup during the intake process and build accordingly.
Each week you send a Loom video covering how training has been going, any concerns, and any exercises you want form feedback on. Form check videos must be sent before the end of the week. Alternatively, you can opt for a 15-minute 1:1 video call instead. We review everything and update your program accordingly. Between check-ins you can message directly with any questions.
Yes. Programs are built around your current level regardless of experience. Whether you are just starting out or returning after a long break, your program reflects where you are now and progresses at a pace that suits you.
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Payment is charged weekly, and cancelling with 7 days notice will stop any further payments.
Yes, we can still work together. If your injury requires specific rehabilitation, it may be more worthwhile to consider our injury rehab service, as it includes a greater focus on structured rehab. That said, we can work together through the coaching program and will always take your injury history into account when designing your training.
