No. The online program is available anywhere in the world. All sessions are conducted via video call and your program is delivered through our app, so you can complete your rehab from home or your local gym regardless of where you are located.
The online program includes a fully personalised rehab plan, weekly video check-ins, direct messaging support, and video form analysis. Face-to-face appointments add hands-on assessment and manual therapy, and are suited to those who prefer or require in-clinic care. Both options include a thorough initial consultation and an individually designed program.
You can start at any point in your recovery. We assess where you are currently, what your injury involves, and what you are working towards, and build your program from there. There is no set entry point.
This varies significantly depending on the injury, your baseline fitness, and how your body responds to loading. Rehab is not a fixed timeframe. Some injuries resolve in a matter of weeks, while complex or surgical cases can take considerably longer. We build programs around your progress, not a calendar.
It depends on your injury and stage of rehab. Many early-stage programs can be completed with minimal equipment. As you progress, access to a gym with basic resistance equipment is generally helpful. Your program is designed around what you have available.
Check-ins are 20-minute video calls conducted via your preferred platform. Each session covers where you are in your program, how your body is responding, any concerns or symptoms that have come up, and whether any changes to exercises, intensity, or progression are needed. Between sessions you can message directly with any questions.
The online program has no lock-in contract. Payment is charged weekly, and cancelling with 7 days notice will stop any further payments. Face-to-face appointments are booked and paid individually with no ongoing commitment required.
Face-to-face appointments are held at 12/35 Coonara Avenue, West Pennant Hills NSW 2125. We are located at the top of the stairs in the complex.
